Nationwide Extracare Services  supply qualified Nurses and carers to Care Homes, Residential Homes, Hospitals and private sectors for permanent and temporary positions. We are experienced and skilled in listening carefully to the needs of our clients and service users and finding a range of solutions to staffing shortages.

We support a large database of qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers with a variety of experience and training, and we are ready to help, whether you need last minute shift cover, long term assignments or permanent staff recruitment.

Respite Care in the Home: A Break for Carers

The effects of an illness or life-limiting condition affects not only the patients, but also their families and the wider community. Caring for a loved one can be physically, emotionally and mentally demanding.  At Nationwide Extracare Services we provide respite support for carers of elderly clients, dementia care , etc, to enable regular carers, whether a family member or friend, to have a break from their usual support routine. These short breaks help them to resume care responsibilities, feeling refreshed and energized.

Home Support

Nationwide Extracare Services provides full and flexible Domiciliary Homecare packages starting from 30 minutes to 24 hours care, subject to clients’ needs.  We draw up individualised client – care plan appropriate to the needs of our clients.

Maintain your independence while getting the support you need to live your life comfortably in the comfort of your own home. From a bit of help with the shopping, to round-the-clock nursing care, we have companions, support staff and healthcare professionals to meet every level of care need. Our goal is to match people, finding support workers in your area to provide the help you need, whether that’s a few hours a week or constant care.
